Sriranjini has an illustrious career of 15+ years with a unique combination of clinical practice, transdisciplinary research, academics, medical writing, analytical skills and management experience. She is an MD in Internal medicine (Kayachikitsa) branch of Ayurveda and a PhD from Department of Neurophysiology, NIMHANS, Bangalore. Being a clinician researcher, she has a passion for understanding and interpreting the concepts of Ayurveda with contemporary scientific tools that can immensely benefit Ayurveda fraternity and humanity in general. Undergoing training in Ayurveda and research from the best University-colleges has enriched her knowledge and skills. Her endeavor is to make Ayurveda a significant part of mainstream healthcare in India by generating evidence of its preventive, promotive and curative benefits.

She was a Consultant physician at the world class, authentic Ayurveda hospitals in India including Institute of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (www.iaimhealthcare.org) and the Ramaiah Indic Specialty Ayurveda at Bangalore (http://msricaim.com/) where she catered to patients of diverse ailments of Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Dermatology, Musculoskeletal disorders, Neurology, Geriatrics, and Lifestyle diseases.

Sriranjini is also deeply involved in transdisciplinary research to delve into the intricacies of the science of Ayurveda. She has published her research articles in peer reviewed scientific journals and has won several young researcher awards for participating in mainstream International medical conferences. She is a recipient of the prestigious Dr. Sushila Thacker Prakruti Mandir Prize for work in the field of Natural Medicine, Naturopathy and Yoga awarded by the Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India (APPI), 2013 and won the Young researcher award at International Research Symposium in Ayurveda, Germany, 2014. Currently, she is a Co-investigator on a project looking into profiling the gut microbiome with Ayurveda phenotypes, funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board, GOI and on exploring the effects of Ayurveda treatment in the management of Diabetic retinopathy, funded by Ministry of AYUSH. She also conducts workshops on research methodology, medical ethics, biostatistics and scientific writing for Ayurveda post-graduates and faculty. She is on the Editorial board of the Pubmed indexed Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (http://www.jaim.in/) and is a reviewer for many complementary and alternative medicine journals.

Vd. Nikhita Maini is an expert in Traditional Herbal (Ayurveda) remedies, with over 15 years of experience in herbal therapies. Her core focus is on providing an alternative treatment to patients through a combination of Herbal and Conservative treatments, Rejuvenation and Panchkarma (Detoxification) therapies. She has diverse experience in helping patients with chronic health issues and providing a remedial support for prevention of degeneration of both physical and mental health. She has global exposure in treating patients from across the globe like South Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the US to name a few.

Vd. Maini’s focus of treatment is in taking a holistic approach, understanding individual body constituents of patients and creating a customized health plan for them.

Vd. Maini holds a master’s degree in Traditional Herbal (Ayurveda) from Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University India. She is a Gold medalist and a university topper. Prior to her master’s degree, she graduated with Honors in Traditional Herbal (Ayurveda Medicine). She has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Ayurveda practice for Maharishi Ayurveda and Jiva Ayurveda in India. An avid reader, her core strength lies in imparting the knowledge of Ayurveda, Vd. Maini also teaches Ayurveda as a subject and has trained over 100 students in Ayurveda therapies.

In Canada Vd. Maini has been instrumental in setting up the alternative care practice for Aim Health Group, she is a member of Ayurveda Association of Canada (AAC), a registered practitioner under Board of Natural Medicine Doctors & Practitioners North America (BNMDP) and Natural Medicine Certification Council (NMCC) and is a participant at World Organization of Natural Medicine (WONM) Clinic for Humanity- serving the society.

Vd. Amandip Kaur Chauhan is a Vaidya of Ayurvedic Medicine, an Educationist, Researcher, Writer of various Ayurveda research papers. She completed her five and half year’s graduation course of Ayurveda (B.A.M.S) and three years Post-Graduation course of Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine (MD – Ayurveda) from Punjab, India. She has an advanced diploma in Panchkarma and believes in practicing Ayurveda in the light of conventional science.

Margo was first certified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 1987 by Dr. Vasant Lad. For several years, she worked under his guidance at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico as Pancha Karma specialist and Yoga/Ayurvedic Instructor. She also completed her Gurukulam program in Pune where she attended yearly seminars. In 2004, she completed certification as Ayurvedic Practitioner specializing in Purva Karma/ Abhyanga under Dr. Sunil Joshi at Kalidas Sanskrit University in Nagpur India. This involved mastering practical applications of Ayurvedic treatments. For thirteen years while living on Maui Hi, Margo was responsible for training all the Massage Therapists at the Four Seasons Resort Maui in Ayurvedic Massage, as well as her private practise in Ayurvedic Healing. She graduated from Sutherland -Chan School of Masssage, Toronto in 1981 where she teaches for continuing ed specializing in Indie head & face marmas. For thiry five years, Margo has been travelling to India yearly working closely with Ayurvedic Doctors as well as attending spiritual retreats in Buddhism. Margo continues to teach Internationally. She is also a Jikiden Reiki practitioner in addition to her work with the dying.

Saeeda Abbasi is a registered massage therapist with a special interest in therapeutic treatments and deep relaxation techniques. She is highly dedicated and committed towards providing the best possible care for her patients. She uses trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and active release techniques to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. In order to deal with common problems such as stress and fatigue, she also performs craniosacral therapy and hot stone massage. Through these different skills and techniques, she aims to deal with various musculoskeletal conditions that may be affecting patients and hindering their everyday performance.
